Teachers, parents and students can use Lexiles to help determine an appropriate  RANGE of reading materials for students.  Although not meant to deter students from pursuing an easier or more difficult book (especially if interest is high) lexiles can be useful. Find out more information about Lexiles and appropriate use of these!
